Illegal dumping

My previous report was marked as resolved since this is on private property. However, this dangling large branch presents a huge concern to the safety of constituents walking down the street. The property owners are unwilling to fix this issue. Please issue a citation before people get harmed and sue the City. Many children live on this street.
