Municipal parking lot #8 could use a trash can. The amount of trash in the lot is disgusting. Folks clean out their cars while charging and just leave it on the ground. On Saturdays - Farmers Market days - food containers, bottles, cans and cups are left behind. Often there is broken glass in one spot or another.
