Wire, not sur what kind has fallen from pole in front of my house

The street lights on Atlantic Avenue on the South Station side are flashing crazily. The 700 block. Who can turn them on or off

The 4th light post on the Washington street bridge (if going from downtown to Charlestown) is making a super loud clicking noise

New street lights on Mass Ave are unnecessarily bright. I understand the need for good lighting on the streets for safety, but this is obnoxiously bright and shines right into the house. Can we do something to adjust the amount of light pointed directly into a home, maybe tone down the brightness a bit? It’s like someone is shining a flashlight directly through the window.

Looks like a transformer is hanging and swinging from the telephone poles due to high wind. I have no idea what is hanging but it’s not usually like this. It’s close to swinging and hitting the gas lamp post due to high winds today.

A utility pole was struck by a fallen tree during last weekend's storm. The pole is cracked and a large branch is hanging off one of the utility wires.
