Park Suggestions
365 Hyde Park Ave, BostonIs there any way a dog park can be added to the unused grass side of Pagel Field? I never see the dirt grass side in use and it has tons of potential given its size. There are many local residents with dogs who would greatly benefit from a safe, designated space for their dogs to exercise and socialize. I believe it could be a great opportunity to turn the unused space into a valuable community amenity since Jamaica plain/Roslindale do not offer any actual dog parks. This means that instead people bring their dogs to fields such as Healy field or Fallon field and let their dogs run off leash. When instead there can be a safer option such as utilizing the grass lot of Pagel field into a dog park for the community.

Park Suggestions
235 Western Ave, BostonSmith Park has very limited lighting on the soccer field. Please consider adding additional lighting so that kids participating in the soccer league can continue playing safely during the fall, when it gets dark much earlier. It’s not ideal for teams to have to stop or relocate to another area in the middle of a game simply because there isn’t enough lighting. Improved lighting would make the field much more usable and accessible for the kids and families who rely on it.
