The construction project at 57 Horace Street has placed a portable toilet on the public sidewalk. Please verify that there is a current Street Occupancy Permit authorizing the sidewalk occupation. The portable toilet substantially obstructs the pedestrian path.

Possibly abandoned portapotty that's not being cleaned. No one seems to use it. It makes the street smell.

Paint/roofing crew conducting hazardous work without proper signage. They have at least 3 unmarked vehicles. For the past two days they have taken up multiple resident parking spots and double parked in the street causing chaotic and unsafe traffic. At the same time, they are using tall ladders to get to the roof and there is NO SIGNAGE regarding the hazard and no signs blocking off the sidewalk or directing pedestrians to cross. I watched a mother push her baby’s carriage up the middle of the street in the chaotic traffic caused by the double parking because she was unable to cross the street safely in time. This is at 450 E 7th St Boston. Their double parked cars are blocking at least 3 resident spots.
