Constituent is reporting that there was a shortage of gas. The gas didn't come out and he was charged $40 bucks, he reported it to the gas attendant and he told him that the pump wasn't working and there wasn't a sign on the pump. The constituent wants this to be investigated because the employees are stealing from them. Constituent is reporting that the gas pump is overflowing gas. he paid for his gas and the pump was still leaking after. He spoke to the manager of the store and they let him know that this happens often. The constituent is concerned if someone smokes a cigarette that this place can catch on fire. Constituent reported putting $20.00 for gas and and is normally full but she ende up having a half a tank. Constituent is reporting that the gas prices are wrong; it is advertised for $3.90 w/rewards card & $3.95 without rewards card; on the Pump it was advertisied for $3.92/gal. Constituent is reporting an issue with the pump leaking as it is pumping gas. This station pumps gas for the customers and he is worried that he did not get the full amount of gas he paid for. Also, he is worried that the leak could cause a hazard. The handle/pump needs to be repaired to fix this issue.
