Illegal Parking
57 Orient Ave, East Boston
MA Plate 7XC999 has been parking around 57 Orient Ave every single night. The car is considered "immobilized" by the city for thousands of dollars in unpaid parking tickets. The car is currently unregistered (expired in September) and hasn't been inspected and has a bumper that is falling. It's obvious that no one is enforcing parking restrictions as this person should be ticketed nightly and their car booted by now.
