- Constituent is reporting that there was a shortage of gas. The gas didn't come out and he was charged $40 bucks, he reported it to the gas attendant and he told him that the pump wasn't working and there wasn't a sign on the pump. The constituent wants this to be investigated because the employees are stealing from them.
