Constituent states at this intersection on the Talbot ave side there were slow signs installed after someone was fatally hit at this intersection. Constituent reports a Slow Down sign was blown down by a storm and would like it replaced. Constituent states that they reported this issue before (Case Ref: 101006324759) but that nothing has been done about it yet.
