Additionally, the host has split this single family home into 5 rental units. Its possible that the Boston tax assessors website is behind, but according to tax records this should be a single family home with one kitchen and not 5 units each with its own kitchen. Please have the host pay taxes per a 4-8 unit apartment building tax code like everyone else with an apartment building. Please have them get separate STR approvals for units 2-5 if they qualify.
