    In Southie off East 1st Street along the Harbor Walk groups of dog owners let their dogs run and wander off leash daily (mostly between 4-6pm). It is not a dog park and no signage is posted reminding people to leash their dogs. It makes it uncomfortable to run or walk through the park when you consistently see more than a half dozen dogs using it as a dog park.
