Dogs off leash at Harambe causing unsafe walking conditions for people who are leashing their dogs. This is not an off leash park

My cat is stuck in a tree about 40ft up and she’s been up there for at least 6 hours. We have no way to get her down.

Whoever reported the “constant barking” at this location yesterday, instead of getting the city involved maybe just talk to your neighbor like a normal person. Or move to a city that does not allow residents to have dogs, like Istanbul, Turkey. When the dogs in the neighborhood start to meow then I would call someone.

Man with husky dog who i believes lives on rowley st in Dorchester consistently walks with his dog off leash and his dog has attacked my dog twice.
