Human feces. Prior ticket marked resolved but was not was not addressed

Again another day it has been here and not moved or has anyone come by to acknowledge that this is an abandoned vehicle that has been left here more than 72 hrs. Why is it not being handled? It’s ridiculous . Come get this vehicle off the street so everyday people who work and need the parking can utilize this parking spot properly.

Sidewalk in front of 8 Bellevue street near Columbia road has been crumbling, it was temporarily repaired with tar but has since crumbled making walking hazardous for neighbors using canes and the elderly.
