Dangerous downed netting in batting cage

This baseball field Noyes baseball field in East Boston is in really really unsafe condition. There is a permit pulled on the field for May 11 for a youth baseball program and there are some very very deep concerns of safety. The field needs to be lined the base pads need to be tailed or the dirt needs to be turned over and the field needs to be graded to provide a safe claim view for kids between the ages of 12 and 15

Needs dirt filled in and lines repainted. Dirt at pitchers mound and in front have large dibits that kids keep tripping and twisting ankles on. Same goes for home plate needs filling since has large dibits
