Broken side walk in danger of caving in.

The sidewalk curb and cutout was rebuilt without the bump dots needed to accommodate blind pedestrians.

Near Ryan playground, broken sidewalk. City is doing corners with the useless plastics that will fail in less than 1 year and they can fix this that is a tripping hazard.

Still side walk is not fix should not take this long

The constituent reports there was gas related work completed a few years ago and the sidewalk was dug up in order to access a gas meter. The constituent states there are now cones in front of other homes along the street and not in front of the service location and they would like their sidewalk to be repaired as well. The constituent also states 2-3 tiles from the service location one is uneven about 2-3 inches and continues lifting. The constituent states they are in a wheelchair and it is difficult for them to get by. | Cause of damage: [Construction]

Broken crossing pad on Lowell Square. I've seen a number of people trip on this pad that's rising up from the sidewalk.
