Tree needs trimming touching house

Please trim this tree down. The branch is gonna fall off and injure people or damage cars. Tree is too high and may damage this house side and roof when strong winds blow it.

I apologize if this is a repeat, but I don’t see that I finished it. There is an empty and lot between 5 Curlew St. and 15 Curlew Street in West Roxbury. It is abandoned and overgrown and the weeds are going over the sidewalk into the sidewalk by about 4 to 5 feet. This is posing a hazard to the children of the neighborhood and to myself as an elderly resident. Could somebody come and cut this overgrowth back?
