Trash on vacant property

According to the last city representative I spoke to bags left on the curb without a barrel must be a specific thickness I.e. not a standard kitchen trash bag. Our street has a rat problem , as many others, and this is contributing to it. Please notify these residents of that requirement. 

Water heater illegally disposed of on Althea street.

The trash remains and is a hazard in case of an emergency. 62 Florida St
