    Open dumpsters every day. Rats entering the back door of the restaurant. They recently put a board at the back door. The rats are climbing over it and entering. If the city isn’t going to do anything about this, a higher authority needs to be available. This is a public health issue that must be addressed.

    A sudden and disgusting increase in the number of rats. I live at 8 Manton Terrace — in the last 3 years we haven’t seen a single rat in our back yard. And suddenly this week we are seeing 10-20 rats per day!!! They are coming from Brainerd because all those houses are FILTHY and not taking care of their garbage and their lawns. Please please please can someone help with this? We are seeing rats everywhere and this is totally new as of this year!!
