Rats, Rats, Rats all over on the property of 26-28 Coffey Street, Dorchester. People who live there are not concerned. Their garbage is overflowing and you can see the rats running in the backyard. There are small children living there.

Constituent states there is a cockroach infestation. I have used traps and gel and spray for my place but they keep appearing. I constantly see them coming in through my front door in the hallways. The cockroaches are everywhere at my place and throughout the apartment in the hallways, elevators, and stairway. The apartment has had pest control come but all they did was spray some of the places in my unit just in the span of like 10 seconds so it wasn’t thorough at all. Rats going in and out of trash dumpster in the back by wall. Please issue ticket for uncovered dumpster and have owner get pest control to remedy the rodent problem on this property.
