There is trash pilled up around the next door property and between the building and the fence that is likely not helping the issue. The traps placed out appear to be old.

1000 Washington St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124I am facing a serious rodent problem because my neighbors are neglecting their property by failing to cut their grass and maintain their hedges. The hedges have grown over 12 feet high, and the grass is knee-high. This lack of upkeep is attracting rats to my property. It is crucial that code enforcement intervenes and issues a citation, not just a warning like last time. After the warning, they briefly cut the grass, but now it has grown wildly again. Immediate action is necessary to resolve this issue.

Their are sprays sold on amazon that work. Area inspector is monitoring the area.
