A-1 Convenience Store - not a needle clean up but no other category to report. I forget what year Boston banned smoking in businesses but this store allows for non stop smoking inside. Even the sidewalk smells like an ashtray. Children frequent the store for candy etc and this is a general health nuisance.

Rats inside establishment roaches in food prep area and restrooms. Broken toilets in both restrooms overflowing trash receptacles inside food establishment and in restrooms.

Mice infestation in bathroom. Mice seen entering and exiting through bathroom. Holes in wall in bathroom. 1 usually seen. Mice tend to come out at night. Work order placed a week ago. Three rats seen coming from the trash barrels at at 353 East Eighth. We think this activity is impacting Harborview Condos parking lot as we’ve been seeing rat droppings at that neighboring back wall, as well as a dead rat in our parking log today. We already have an exterminator service with baits on our property that has been working very well but nearby neighbors need do their part to manage their trash and have similar extermination plans in place for their properties, too. Can you please advise the Owners of this address of rat activity seen at their trash and back alleyway? Thank you!
