- Severe amount of rats seen in Roxbury at 5 Perth st rear parking lot. Near the dumpster .There are a lot of rats seen in the brick building next door backyard they share the same dumpster as 5 Perth St. It's a health issue & something needs to be done. The rodents are running around in the apartments at 5 Perth St.
