When he goes on the park boston app it won't let him add time past 4pm. He spent the hour of parking time trying to speak with us to figure out if he can park there or not. I tried on the app as well and having the same issue, only will let me add 5 minutes @ 3:55pm. Concerned he will get a ticket for not paying the meter but he physically can not pay it.]

I tried myself to add time and got the same issue. I just tried again about 20 mins later and was able to add up to 2 hours of time. Constituent is concerend he may get a ticket for this mixup.]
