Constituent states that there is a loading zone in this area that goes from 7 AM to 4 PM. Is requesting that the zone have expanded hours to be 7 AM to 7 PM due to work that they do in the area |

Broken playground equipment: chain detached, and so dangerous for kids who are swinging, and also can be thrown at another child.

Private construction equipment parked in resident parking area when the permits clearly state that their permit is from 7am-4pm. This is taking multiple parking spots in a neighborhood that is in desperate need of spots. Please ticket and tow if possible or have them park it on the site off the street.

House is full of renters missed trash day again. This is a routine oversight. I have shared with them and left notes that the trash bins must be pulled to the curb. Landlord does not live on property.
