Tree pruning; branches are very low and hitting heads

Car parked way too far away from the curb. Narrowing already narrow street making it impossible for emergency vehicles.

This house has been blocking part of the sidewalk (corner of Bellevue and Oriole) with a now broken sand bag for weeks. It is impossible for someone with a visual impairment/wheelchair to safely get by if needed.

Dead tree

Rodent infestation behind buildings in the back of the parking lot. Huge rats live in the elevated tree area amongst the illegally dumped construction debris. Has been an on going area for years and owner does nothing. Rats are not afraid of humans and run directly at us

Trash clean up - after refuse collection

Red truck license #6NWY89 has been incessantly parking in resident only zones without a charlestown resident sticker. This has been for weeks now. They either need to pay for commercial plates if they are working in the area, or get a residential permit if they live here. Please ticket.

The 2/3 back portion of this parking lot has been a disaster for years. Owner refuses to do anything. Parking lot filled with trash, needles, rodents, condoms, Construction rubbish discarded in the trees. Overflowing dumpsters smell horrendously and attract rodents. Rodents live in the tree area with construction debris. Owners were cited for the dumpsters 13 days ago and nothing has been done
