A front end damaged dark BLUE JEEP CHEROKEE 7YBN13 has been parked on the street for over a month. Whoever owns it keeps moving it from one side of the street to the other.

Someone left two couches in front of my house. It is none of my tenants.

I am a tenant at J VUE at the LMA, located at 75 Saint Alphonsus Street, Boston, MA 02120. I saw a mouse inside my apartment and found an open hole around the plumbing under my kitchen sink, which may be an entry point. I reported the problem to property management. Management said the request was scheduled, but no one has come to inspect or repair the problem. I am requesting a housing inspection and corrective action. The opening needs to be properly sealed, and professional pest control needs to inspect and treat my apartment.

This construction vehicle is parked after hours in a resident-only spot. This has happened before at this construction site. Their parking permit is from 7AM-4PM, not overnight when this space is reserved for residents only. No action was taken when they did this before, so they continue to do it. Please ticket and make sure this does not happen again.
