    Motorcycle illegally parked and has been parking here regularly. Individual is avoiding paying a meter fee because it's not in an actual parking spot. Vehicles have to park at a meter, how is this motorcycle not being tagged?? Must be nice to get away with this while others are getting tagged.

If I parked my car here I'm sure that it would be tagged. And does placing a cover over your motorcycle exempt you from parking illegally?? Must be nice.
