    A photo of a ripped trash bag behind 174 St. Botolph Street. THIS IS A PERSISTENT PROBLEM. This bag of trash was put out Friday morning. (I live just around the corner.) Garbage pickup days here are Monday and Thursday. This is very likely contributing to the rat problem here and it is very unsightly. Whoever is putting these trash bags out needs to know the correct days to put trash out for pickup. They also need to be fined until they change the messy, anti-community trash behavior.
