Hello, I am submitting a ticket for city cleanup/hazardous waste/ Boston recovery services at 12 E Springfield Street Apartment B, Boston MA 02118. There are needles and feces that need to be cleaned up. There is a large truck blocking the view to this stairway, which is why I think city services have not been able to see this.

I am a homeowner in Roxbury and I would like to know what trash items can be placed out on the sidewalk for pickup on my trash day? (which is every Mon & Thurs). Can you pls confirm which of the following items will be picked up/taken by the garbage men, and which will not? And if it’s an item that will not be picked up/taken, can you pls let me know what to do with that item(s), if there’s a specific protocol to follow in order for that particular item to be trashed?
