    Pearl district Ave. 80 decibels still at 11:30 pm. Outside dj with sound amplification and microphone. Not permitted. Please stop- children need to sleep. Tenants have babies, just had cancer surgery. This is so disrespectful. Loud music isn’t attracting customers. This is not a night club.
