A truck hit the utility pole that is leaning in the street ay 30 Sturbridge Street in Mattapan.

Permit OCCU-1809812 is for a truck stand from 7:00am - 4:00pm yet City Realty Group has been placing cones in the middle of the street and reserving space for their personal vehicle parking 24 hours a day. This is blatant abuse for what these permits are supposed to be issued and used for.

Oh, down tree branches at the corner of Amory Street and Boylston Street in Jamaica Plain. The storm this afternoon knocked down several branches in the DCR park. They’re blocking some of the pathways please address thank you.

Edge of sidewalk on 18 Patterson Street lined by unprotected 10 ft + deep ditch due to building construction. Pedestrians prone to falling in hole due to fencing being unsecured and opening unprotected.

There used to be a street sign that said no parking or resident parking only and it’s not up anymore and people continue to park here illegally

Plants are growing through the fence and obstructing the sidewalk about a foot at 71 Wyman. Limited sidewalk width makes passage of the sidewalk with a mobility device difficult. ADA issue.

Vehicles frequently park too close to the corner at Lawn Street and Heath Street, creating a visibility hazard for drivers attempting to turn from Lawn Street. Parked vehicles obstruct the view of oncoming traffic, forcing drivers to pull farther into the intersection to see approaching vehicles.
