This car was previously parked on the main street, it is now parked in the residential court, in front of 28 N. Charlame Ct. Roxbury, MA. There is currently a mother and young child living out of the car The car smalls very bad; Residents must step over urine outside of the car. The rottweiler dog living in the car has chased residents. We are afraid someone will be attacked. The car is taking up a parking space from people who live here. There are HUGE pot holes on 49 rogers street. Towards the beginning and one at the end. I’ve blown two tires from the potholes and my neighbor blew one. There is no way to avoid since it’s a one way.
