Intersection Of Justin Rd And Bigelow St, Brighton, MaDriver in a red vehicle, license place 4vyb86, skidded to a halt at the intersection where I was crossing. I gave a gentle "slow down" gesture and said it was a residential neighborhood. He said "Shut up!" and drove off so fast I heard the tires skid against the asphalt, and he sped through his next turn just as fast. My neighborhood is all very narrow two-way streets and lots of kids live here.
