Naksan Korean BBQ restaurant has 8-10 parking spots blocked off for Valet services on our block. For the last 2 weeks this business has not had a valet company staffing the spot and allows customers to just park their cars in the valet. If the valet is full I have witnessed Naksan employees directing customers to park in the resident permit spots; and even saw an employee "valet" a customers car about 6 spots down the street in front of 1404 Commonwealth apartments in a resident only spot while I was sitting on my front steps. The last restaurant that was in this spot never needed a valet and it has made parking incredibly difficult for residents who are often forced to park on Cambridge street about .5 mile walk away because the restaurant keeps taking all the resident parking with their "valet" services that don't actually have a valet company running the operation. |

Please come and mow the grassy area between comm ave and the carriage lane

Eversouce upgraded a gas line months ago through the handicap ramp and has not replace the panel. The pavement has sunk so it’s a tripping hazard as well.

6 Moreland st doesn’t have enough barrels for 4 units so the trash sits on the sidewalk . We need help from the city to address this
