Illegal dumping / waste / pests in rear of 130/134 Belgrade causing pests in adjacent lots/houses on Durnell/Metcalf

I have requested intervention from 311 on at least 5 occasions over the past months not to mention phone calls. There is a sewer lid that is sinking a lot and has created a very large and dangerous pothole. I have posted pictures in all of my requests for intervention. In the past 2 weeks we now have a very large whole in the street that pedestrians use to walk on. This is located at 37 and 39 Salutation St in the North End. Can we please have someone come out and take care of this. We do not have sidewalks wide enough for pedestrians so we have to walk in the street and this has become so dangerous especially at night. What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states this neighbor is parking dirty trailers all on the side of his house and as well as multiple work trucks parked on the street with no inspections. Constituent states he has been doing this since last summer. Constituent states someone moved out and he does not own the property where he is parking his trucks. Constituent is placing cones out everyday on the street to save the spots for his work trucks. Constituent is requesting someone come do something because there is no where for the other resident to park when he has over 4 work trucks on the street.]
