    Groma LLC does not take care of their properties. In our unit, they have failed to maintain the fridge they provided. After repeated attempts at communication, their office has not been cooperative. An additional issue is the large rodent hole in the back of the building, and so far, I have only seen management throwing in shards of broken glass. The large piece of fence missing is perfect for rats to congregate, traveling back and forth behind the neighboring restaurants; and I fear the glass is only making them stronger. They also do not enforce trash removal guidelines for their other tenants.     Constituent states her apartment is infested with rats, roaches and mice. The locks were supposed to changed on the front door and apartemnt door. These requests have been made over a year ago and nothing has been done. There is also exposed live wires in the bathroom ceiling. Bedroom windows do not lock. The shower head is also so high that no matter how high the shower curtain is, water is pouring out onto the floor. There are also nails sticking out of the floor. The basement door is installed backwards, you can not open the back door because the basement door is in the way. The front door is also locked so there is no way to get out in case of emergency.
