- The constituent states that theres an infestation of rats and mouses in her apartments. Theres droppings everywhere. Theres ants coming through the walls and different corners of the house. The constituent states she cant store food in the kitchen because of the insects and mice. Its behind the fridge, oven and common areas in the apartment. The landlord and property manangement are aware of these issues and nothing is being done. The constituent has pictures for proof at whats going on. This apartment is a rooming apartment.
