- Constituent states her apartment is infested with rats, roaches and mice. The locks were supposed to changed on the front door and apartemnt door. These requests have been made over a year ago and nothing has been done. There is also exposed live wires in the bathroom ceiling. Bedroom windows do not lock. The shower head is also so high that no matter how high the shower curtain is, water is pouring out onto the floor. There are also nails sticking out of the floor. The basement door is installed backwards, you can not open the back door because the basement door is in the way. The front door is also locked so there is no way to get out in case of emergency.
