Groma LLC does not take care of their properties. In our unit, they have failed to maintain the fridge they provided. After repeated attempts at communication, their office has not been cooperative. An additional issue is the large rodent hole in the back of the building, and so far, I have only seen management throwing in shards of broken glass. The large piece of fence missing is perfect for rats to congregate, traveling back and forth behind the neighboring restaurants; and I fear the glass is only making them stronger. They also do not enforce trash removal guidelines for their other tenants.
