100 Prince St, Boston, Ma, 02113Vendors should be required to post prices for for their offerings. This weekend was St Anthony’s feast, I went to a sausage stand and after waiting in line had to pay $25. Another vendor selling turkey legs, charged $25, again price unknown until the product is already in your hand. This seems deceptive. CLOSED · #101006711665Case Resolved. Educated store on item pricing and gave them a warning. We will go back in a month or so. They are not required by law to have a scanner in the store. Only stores that apply for an item pricing waiver are required and they do not have a waiver.

Secondly "a few candy bars were in fact marked up at $3.49 but these were large size (sometimes called "share size") so it looks like Richdales computer was charging me the wrong price, but I can't confirm it"]

Combined richdale food shops and subway. Lack of item prices and clear price gouging on staples like eggs.]

178 Border St, East Boston, Ma, 02128Water cup | Store name/location: [McDonald's 178 Border St, East Boston, MA 02128] When did this happen: [03/10/2026] Details: [This may be a case better suited to ISD Health or BWSC but a constituent called in regards to McDonald's forcing them to pay "a reasonable fee" for a cup for water while they believe that restaurants aren't allowed to charge for tap water. Constituent would like clarification on this issue if possible and if McDonald's is breaking any rules they would like someone to investigate them further.]
