Rat activity at 1184 Hyde Park Ave (Little Haiti International Cuisine) in rear of restaurant, Rat activity at 1180 Hyde Park Ave (private residence) and rat activity at 1176 Hyde Park Ave, an Akiki owned rental property. Rats invade my adjacent property on a daily basis from all 3 of these properties

This is a follow up to report #101006172292. Since that time, the Stamatos Property Management scourge of JP has in no way improved the rat infestation at 39 Mozart street that their conditions and trash management are inflicting on surrounding properties in all directions. When will the City hold them to account? There is trash all over the yard, the waste bins are wide open, and the basement door is always open as scores of rats stream in and out. The poor tenants they abuse there. Please, do something to increase enforcement on this regular and repeated violator of basic rodent control.

Barrels over full and also have holes in them. Overnight rats were jumping in and out at their leisure. Rear of 139 Prmbroke. NOTE: I originally reported as “trash out illegal” but this is really a rat concern.

See #101006168581. Case is closed. Inspector stated he would contact me with results of his inspection but never did. Please have him call me.

Roaches, Spiders, Mice

We’ve seen rats running under our front porch a few times over the last few weeks. We’d love to get it checked out.
