- This is a follow up to report #101006172292. Since that time, the Stamatos Property Management scourge of JP has in no way improved the rat infestation at 39 Mozart street that their conditions and trash management are inflicting on surrounding properties in all directions. When will the City hold them to account? There is trash all over the yard, the waste bins are wide open, and the basement door is always open as scores of rats stream in and out. The poor tenants they abuse there. Please, do something to increase enforcement on this regular and repeated violator of basic rodent control.
