Constituent states via email: "Need to file a complaint with the parking ticket department. I received a ticket for parking along Summer street @ South Station where the DESIGNATED pick up & drop off zone is. I received & paid for the ticket I got and the category was for parking in a "Bus Stop/Stand" but there was no signage that stated it was a bus stop stand. I later checked and there was a small sign that said "No parking, bus stop" or something along the lines but the problem is that there is a HUGE gap in that spot until the next sign where the busses actually pick passengers up.
