Why doesn't the city ticket and/or tow cars that are illegal parked in EV charging spots?

There's a snow mount that is in a travel lane causing traffic issues. Unfortunately it is in the shade most of the day, it doesn't need to be taken away just broken up and it will be gone. Can this please be fixed?

Now that the pile of snow left by the city plow has melted, we see some plow dislodged the handicap plate and pushed it onto the sidewalk. The far corner of Maple Street and Graham Terrace, (22-24 Maple Street corner)West Roxbury

Bittersweet, it takes my lifelong Neighbourhood parade to expedite snow cleanup. That residents have been complaining about for weeks.

Loud snow plowing at 11 pm even though city said it was starting at 8pm. Made everyone move their cars and then don’t tow. Absolutely ridiculous - instead of doing this during the day when people are awake, the city sends out plows to shovel three week old snow.

As a result of considerable plowing in recent weeks, a number of rocks have been displaced from a nearby dirt road and into the street. Now that the snow is melting, the rocks are a hazard. Though many rocks are small enough to be handled by a street sweeper, some are far too large to be moved in this way.

Warren Prescott K-8 School - 50 School Street (School Street Parking Lot) - Snow help needed / Street Sign safety issue - Bobcat help needed for school parking lot. Weather report notes that the snow will be melting in the coming week. However, we have a few large peaks that need to be removed. In addition, it appears that when the streets were plowed snow was moved into the school lot. In addition to the snow a street sign is stuck in one of the snow piles. The street sign has sharp edges and the pole. Student safety is a concern. The street sign definitely needs to be removed. If the snow cannot be removed, we do have a location that is can be moved to. I am happy to coordinate the best time to easily access the lot. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
