Thanks to the negligence of the city in not repairing the sidewalk my mother in law felt and hit her head, we had to call an ambulance and wait for 10 min until they arrived. The restaurant owner told us that this has happened before and that he has filed several report and that the city has done NOTHING.

The city completed a major sidewalk repair project in Mattapan over the past several weeks, but missed the sidewalk at 71 Gladeside Ave, Mattapan. Can someone come and inspect and repair this section of Gladeside? Thank you as it’s been a hazard to to walkers for years and I thought it would be repair when this sidewalk project was being completed. It was not!
