Wareham street paint spill.. looks like someone dropped A 5 gallon can of paint.. they should be responsible for cleaning it or does the city do this?

Please remove yellow paint on the curb of the sidewalk of 37 and 25 Mercer that intentionally misleads drivers that they are unable to park there.

City workers marked up the sidewalk to place handicap signage. When informed the signs weren’t necessary, they agreed not to install them, but left bright orange paint markings on the sidewalk. Requesting that they return and remove it, especially because they marked the spots in error.
