250 Bremen still blocking street spots without permit

Storm drain not draining

There is a steel plate that has covered a hole on this road now for more than 3 years and I don't understand why it's not been dealt with before now or even what the problem is. Can someone please explain why this has not been addressed already? Are we just on the wrong side of the tracks? Literally and metaphorically? Picture available upon request.

I just got into an accident because of a barrier that was put on the streets with no warning. I have been told by the fire department that I am not the first person to have an accident with this barrier. This is a safety hazard and now a financial obligation for me.

Large gate door unlatched and has been swinging in wind all day. Hinge swings towards sidewalk. Afraid it might hit someone.

Took a low-speed spill on my bicycle when it hit rainwater sitting on the glossy paint on the flat, uppermost deck of this bridge over Morrissey Blvd. The bridge's access ramps are also painted, but there is grit incorporated to give users traction. There appears to be grit in the uppermost deck paint, but it is ineffective.
