Mold in apartment despite cleaning from building management

I just move 2 days ago to the apartment and the hot water is not working, the window is broken and I can open that, the closet is broken to, the apartment doesn’t have a emergency exit.

Construction without permits. Asbestos siding is that safe

Unit 1 landlord is not registered and does not get inspections. Property is poorly maintained and unsafe. Landlord refuses to make requested repairs.

Rental unit inspection please. Just moved in and many broken windows and windows without screens. 21 bothwell rd. Apt 1 Brighton, MA 02135

I am a tenant at 2/4 S Whitney St, Roxbury Crossing 02120. The landlord provides two shared washer/dryer sets in the common laundry room; both sets are currently inoperable. One set has been "under repair" for two months with no signs of any real progress. Recently, within the past two weeks, the other washer broke (not accepting any quarters). Landlord is unresponsive to the phone # posted on the 2 S Whitney building. Request ISD Housing inspection of the common area (no entry to any units needed) and an order to repair/replace the owner-provided laundry equipment. I prefer to remain anonymous on the public ticket.

Moisture developing against building in basement so means someone is living in the basement with an AC and moisture is seeping from condensation
