305 Chestnut ave rat sighting running from property across street. It is a construction site and should have bait stations but it did not have them before until visit from city rat control department. New rat borrow in my backyard across from 305 Chestnut Ave.

Hi - We’re residents of 242 W 5th Street and have seen a lot of rats around the house (both dead and alive) since the City of Boston has started working on the water pipes in our street. The rats are in our backyard and getting into the basement as well. Best, James

A rat the size of a cat came out of this property. Many rats are seen going in and out of it. 82 Mt Pleasant Avenue. Possibly Vacant. Overgrown foliage needs to be cut.

More rat carcasses originating from the deep rat nest burrows keep showing up. The images below are of today, a newly dead rat at the back basement door at 60 Downer ave the other one is a fairly decayed rat 5 inches away from the chain link fence at back of 60 Downer ave. I have already disposed of 3 dead rats that were at my property line next to 60 Downer due to the stench.
