this is in response to claim #101005464538. The inspector states that the adjoining property doesn't have lids on their dumpster. This is not true. There are lids on his dumpster. The inspector also states the gate is locked and that it would be "easier to access the Ringer Park". What would they do if there wasn't a gate there and the fence went the whole length of the wall? I have a gate key. We keep that locked for a reason. It can easily be unlocked if needed. Also, there are very easily accessible entrances to Ringer Park from both Gordon and Allston streets. We need that are to be serviced. All the boroughs and rats we see on a daily basis are unacceptable. Feel free to contact me and i will happily answer any questions or walk the property with the inspector.

I am a tenant at 118 Howland St. We have been having weekly exterminations for rats done for several months with limited results. We have been told we should report to you that the source of the rats appears to be a vacant lot at 120 Howland St. I am requesting that extermination be done at 120 Howland Street. Thank you
