Hi there, I live on 143 W 8th street. There are multiple rats behind our house, I am seeing them on the street as well as in our backyard daily now.

Previous ticket closed without an actual inspection so I'm opening another one. Please come and check because we have rats in our yard because of this. Neighbor has been neglecting their yard adjacent to my yard. There are piles of dry branches, an old TV dumped on top of them, and the tree and bushes haven't been maintained. They fenced off that part of the property and treat it as a discard zone. We have rats coming in our yard from that area. We are also concerned about the big tree whose one part looks like it's dying (tree bark shedding). We are worried about the tree potentially falling. We shared our concerns with the neighbor but they don't seem to care. My address is 46 Halliday St and the neighbor is 63 Meyer St. The area is best visible from my yard. Please don't close the ticket without actually visiting the address. Thanks!
