The urgent matter of public/ pedestrian and driver safety Dangerous roadway & Dangerous intersection especially at Fottler Road and Wall Hill Street must be addressed. I am calling/Requesting for multiple roadway warning signage improvements on Walk Hill Street in Mattapan especially between Walk hill Street at Blue Hill Ave and The Fottler Road & Walk Hill Intersection/Street which may a problematic /Dangerous Intersection (or Blind Intersection) due to the lack of driver-side views coming down Fottler Road. to the Walk Hill corner/intersection street and also coming up Walk Hill Street to the Fottler Road corner/Intersection. I’ve been told by Residents/landlords of the area that the intersection is problematic and dangerous as many/ multiple car accidents and crashes happen there all the time/frequently. Walk hill street is a very busy two-way road with a yellow dividing line, the road is often used as a Speedway /Dragway that connects Mattapan to the Jamaica Plain/Roslindale area the Fottler road inter section is located in a (thickly settled district 25) that is on Walk Hill Street ...is “missing all necessary roadway control/caution signage” etc, and has been Neglected for many years. Roadway warning sign such as 1.) Pedestrian Crossing/warning Signs (Perhaps blinking) 2. Caution Signs/Yield Signs, 3. Slow or Dive Slow Signs, 4. Speed limit signs or thickly settled District 25 signs, 5. Curve Ahead/curve warning or Blind Curve Signs, 6. Dangerous Intersection or Intersection Ahead signs, 7. Drive Slow Children signs and 8. Speed Limit 20

A broken street pole and sign that read "Do Not Enter" and "One Way" are lying in the sidewalk, creating a safety hazard for pedestrians.

The tree branches are blocking the light. This is on merimac street near one congress street. I have attached a photo. The tree branch needs to be trimmed because drivers cannot see the red light. This is a safety issue.
