Constituent states that around a month ago there was a motor vehicle accident that brought down a No Parking sign onto the building at the address. After ISD came to inspect the building, they instructed the constituent to put the pole behind their property and that someone would pick it up. States that they have been in contact multiple times before about getting the pole picked up. States that the pole is still in the back of the property.
