What is the nature of the problem: [leaves piling up in lot]

The owner of this house owns the adjacent lot, numbered 31 Hancock Street, which was purchased through the side yard program. The lot is covered with loose trash. The owner gutted the interior of the house without a permit and appears to have walked away from the property. The house is vacant. The side lot is at the corner of Hancock Street and Payson Avenue. I just swept the public sidewalk along Hancock Street from Bird Street to Payson Avenue and picked up an entire trash barrel of trash, mostly from in front of 29-31 Hancock Street. |

What is the nature of the problem: [ACROSS the street from 20 Interval Street there is a Vacant Lot (OWNED BY THE COB)that is full of trash/debris. Can this be cleaned up please. Can a NO DUMPING sign please be posted.]

Public parking lot is completely trashed littered all day. Nobody comes to clean the trash that drug addicts leave there. Large groups of drug addicts congregate there everyday and should be removed from area as it is extremely unsafe and littered with urine, feces,blood, needles, debris, clothes etc. |

Significant littering on sidewalk/vacant lot across from 11-15 Barbara Street & Whole Foods. Trash is from loiterers and customers of Whole Foods and 711 around the corner. |

Reported earlier and case was closed after citation. Trash remained on vacant lot. This has happened on a regular basis and solicitors have frequented this location to smoke, drink, litters, and play loud music. |
