What is the nature of the problem: [Caller states someone has an illegal autobody shop in front of her apartment building. Caller states she has multiple cars waiting outside her house in a line waiting for repair. Caller states this has been ongoing and there are vehicle parts all over the street and sidewalk. Requesting inspection because they are there everyday in the afternoon.]

He is telling people where they can and can not park on the street because he needs spots for the cars he is going to clean. Called yesterday regarding this same person out here doing this. Was first on Talbot ave, now on Helen st.]

BPD has been out multiple times, advised constituent to call us to add to our radar as well. Constituent states they are here from about 6-10pm, banging and revving engines. Asking if someone can come regulary check this out. States they through all the tickets BPD has given them in the street.]
