Constituent states that the landlord/owner of the properties Sam Hassan hasn't had any upkeep on those properties and now it's attracting homeless people among other things. Constituent would like the area surveyed and the owner of the properties spoken to about the state of these condemned buildings to see what can be done about it. Cosntituent is adamant on receiving a follow up call regarding this case for more information about what will be done.]
